We want you to be 100% satisfied with an item. If there is a problem, we can exchange or issue a credit, whichever you prefer (less shipping and handling charges which are non-refundable). Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Normal processing time to receive your refund or exchange is 7-10 business days. If your item is damaged we will happily provide a replacement at no additional cost.
